FiveTen Seymour Almost Full

It hasn't even broken ground, but FiveTen Seymour is 86% leased, including two 15-year deals just announced by Vancouver developer Serracan. The tenants: The Adler School of Professional Psychology (30k SF over more than four floors) and Onlineshoes.com, which is taking 24k SF. (If you're addicted to shoe shopping, just head over to the Adler School for mental help.) Serracan president Gino Nonni tells us both deals allow for expansion. Serrracan will be locating its offices in the building, too.

FiveTen Seymour, at the southeast corner of Pender and Seymour, will have 10-storeys and 82k SF of office space in an area that bridges Gastown and the CBD. Gino says tenants appreciate that they can help determine building amenities, including bike parking and showers, a yoga room, and fitness centre. To lure young creative talent, the space is designed to be collaborative (including a covered roof deck).
