Allied Properties REIT Fills Homer And Pender Street Buildings

Allied Properties REIT has completed two lease deals for downtown Vancouver office properties, filling the remaining 51% of vacant GLA at 1286 Homer St (12,683 SF) and the 14,580 SF of vacant space at 128 West Pender St. Both leases are for five-year terms. The deals may be “relatively small,” the Toronto-based trust acknowledged, but the leases are significant because they mean both buildings are now 100% occupied, reversing the drag on rental income caused by vacancies in 2015.
