It seems last minute Christmas shopping has an upside. There were 470 recorded sales in Q4 (after a slow start to the year was the headline-maker). New Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver president Ray Harris points to bustling office and retail sectors as the primary drivers in the Lower Mainland, in a report issued by REBGV last week. In all, the REBGV reports 1,799 commercial real estate sales in the Lower Mainland in 2013, 7.5% less than activity in 2012.
