While Zara and H&M are already here, “I wonder when Uniqlo will come?” he asks. (After buying an expensive handbag, a $30 cashmere v-neck sweater is more welcoming to the wallet.) A Colliers study in the fall showed year-over-year asking rent increases of 33.3% and 40% for Robson Street and Alberni Street, respectively.
