Raise Your Glasses to a Finished Brewery

Surrey this week will celebrate the opening of Central City Brewers and Distillers' new 65k SF brewery and facility on Bridgeview Drive. The facility was a partnership between the brewery and the Surrey City Development Corp. This Friday, it'll have a public grand opening for the facility, which company prez Darryll Frost says will help create new products, encourage innovation, and increase brewing capacity of craft beers from 7500 hL to 25k hL per year right away, then up to 100k hL within a few years. (So hang at the bar for one more drink, and one more year, and enjoy the new flavors.) CCBD was voted Canada's Brewery of the Year in 2010 and 2012.
