Vancouver does find itself with a bounty of riches when it comes to quality restaurants. Beedie Development Group president Ryan Beedie goes for the “homecourt advantage,” you could say—he's partial to Black and Blue on Alberni Street, which his company partly owns. It's also nice having his own wine stored there. He says he’s loyal to the Glowbal Group (which is close to the Beedie Group offices), so Coast and Italian Kitchen are on his favorites list as well.
