PIRET Co-Founder Dies

Our condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Darren Latoski--founder of WesternOne, co-founder and co-CEO of Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (PIRET; AAR.UN-TSX), co-founder of Pure Multi-Family REIT LP (RUF.U-TSXV), and Sunstone Realty Advisors. He passed away after a long battle with cancer.
