Edgefront Converts To REIT

Edgefront Realty Corp announced it's completed its conversion to Edgefront REIT. And with that includes the completion of its $68M, 10-building industrial acquistion with RTL-Westcan (435k SF of building area and 122 acres of land at a facility located in Kamloops, above, as well as properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories). Edgefront CEO Kelly Hanczyk says the company has a substantial pipeline in Western Canada that it hopes to act upon in the near future; as a small-cap, industrial REIT, it can now expand its portfolio in B.C.
