Vancouver is bustling, which means more restaurants are opening. And we’re not talking about another Fatburger (although calories be damned–give us its 16oz lean beef burger, loaded up, any day of the week). Here’s what you have told us so far in regards to the most happening new restaurants in Van that have opened in the last 12 months: Wildebeast (lots of meat), Cuchilo (Latin offerings), Miku (Aburi style sushi), The Homer (Mediterranean flavours), Rodneys (Oysters in Gastown), and Chewies (Oysters on West 1st Avenue).
