CF Masonville Place’s $77M Makeover Is Complete

Cadillac Fairview invested $77M in the revitalization of the 31-year-old CF Masonville Place in London, ON, and last week showcased the results. Development SVP Finley McEwen said the mall's makeover elevates its shopping experience and reinforces its position as a leading Southwestern Ontario retail/dining destination. The expansion area—the first major reno since Masonville Place opened in 1985—has 127k SF of redeveloped retail space on two levels of a former Sears, with 13 new retailers (including the market’s first Zara, along with H&M and NYX Cosmetics). Sport Chek / Atmosphere and The Keg Steakhouse + Bar open in 2017.
