Cadillac Fairview Investing $21M In Shops At Don Mills Revitalization

Cadillac Fairview is investing $21M in a revitalization of CF Shops at Don Mills, featuring pedestrian enhancements (upgraded wayfinding and signage, widened sidewalks, new cobblestone roadways), parking improvements (new digital signage with real-time parking counts), and an additional entertainment zone to increase on-site programming at Ontario's first outdoor urban shopping centre, which opened in 2009. The revamp (rendered above) also will add new shops, restaurants and services to the mall’s 100-plus-retailer roster in coming months.
