Starlight Takes 50% Stake In Mississauga Executive Centre

Starlight Investments has acquired a 50% interest in Mississauga Executive Centre, a 1.5M SF Class-A, LEED Gold-certified office complex at 1-4 Robert Speck Pkwy. The MEC campus, on 26 acres at Hurontario Street and Burnhamthorpe Road, adjacent to Square One Shopping Centre, will have access to the future Hurontario-Main LRT. Starlight president and CEO Daniel Drimmer said the complex boasts a stable and diverse tenant roster, including CIBC, Canaccord Genuity, Brinks and Bank of Nova Scotia. Toronto-based Starlight manages $7B of multi-residential and commercial properties.
