Here are CEO Mark Rose and principal Rodney McDonald with the screen, which Rodney tells us is one of only three in Canada. The monitor provides Avison Young's staffers—75% of whom walk or take public transit to work—with real-time info on nearby transit options. 18 York, next to Union Station, has a Walk Score of 99 and a Transit Score of 100.
