CBRE announced today it has sold Maple Leaf Quay, a three-building, mixed-use apartment complex at the base of the CN Tower, for just over $150M. The buyer is a private, Vancouver-based investor. The 502-unit Maple Leaf Quay has been around since 1988, part of an earlier attempt to redevelop Torontos waterfront.
