Ivanhoe Makes Changes at the Top

Ivanhoe Cambridge has announced several key management movesrelating to operations of their Canadian and international platforms.For the GTA, Roman Drohomirecki has been promoted to Co-COO and EVP of operations for Central and Western North America. The company made several other moves relating to their Quebec, US, and European operations. Canada represents 47% of Ivanhoes global portfolio. That translates into $15B of assets in Canada--32 office buildings and 21 shopping centres, totaling more than 40M SF. One of those is the Niagara on the Lake outlets project (above) at 488k SF.
