It'll be a $300M, 33-acre complex (well thought out price, or sticky 3" on the keyboard?).Retail deals are in place. Spectrum will mix office and social space with almost 61k SF of restaurants. Phase 1 should finish byQ3 2014 and the restaurant area by Q1 2014.
