Coca-ColaCanadas 400 employeeshave a new home. (No polar allowed.)The new space (three floors) at 333 King St E--a First Gulf project, built on top of the old Toronto Sun offices--opens Thursday in a shindig involving Coca-Cola reps and Toronto Mayor Rob Ford. (Instead of ribbon cutting they should pull the tab on a giant can of Coke.) The office space is 100k SF. Coca-Cola Canada president John Guarino tells us The move demonstrates how businesses can find new, cost-effective and productive spaces for their employees in Torontos core. First Gulf is building on the parking lot space next to the Sun building as well.
