Leon Capital Group Gets $28M In Financing For Three Self-Storage Buildings

Talonvest Capital Inc. negotiated a $28M construction loan for Leon Capital Group to develop three self-storage facilities in the Pacific Northwest.

One facility will be in Vancouver, Washington. The other two will be across the Columbia River in Portland and nearby Milwaukie, Oregon. The three buildings will total 320K SF of rentable space in 3,112 climate-controlled storage units.

The Vancouver site, off NE 88th Street, will have 83,500 SF. It is near Costco. The Portland site is off NE Columbia Boulevard, while the Milwaukie site is on Oak Groove Boulevard.

The Talonvest team included Kim Leslie Bishop, Eric Snyder, Jim Davies and Terra Hendrich.
