Bellevue's Lincoln Square expansion placed its final large beam on what will soon be Bellevue's largest office tower. Simultaneously, Kemper Development said new leases have been inked at the 180k SF mixed-use space within the expansion. Among the new tenants are restaurants Henry's Tavern, Fogo de Chão and Japonessa, as well as a Cinemark Reserve, which will have six screens with "luxury loungers," reserved seating and a full restaurant with in-seat service, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports. An as-yet undisclosed restaurant is planned for the top floor of the office tower. [PSBJ]
