Why Bellevue is Thriving

What's next for Seattle's leading edge city (or, as we like to say, Washington state's leading boomburg)? Come to our Bellevue on the Rise eventsubtitled the Future of Washington's Next Big Cityat the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on April 23 and find out.

Why Bellevue is Thriving

Among our speakers will be Kemper Development co-CEO Kemper Freeman, who tells us Bellevue is thriving. And he says it's not by coincidence, but rather by thoughtful research and design. In particular, he says the future of Bellevue retail is stronger than ever and with careful planning, it will continue to be a catalytic force in building the Downtown area.

Why Bellevue is Thriving

Last week, Kemper announced that a 245-room W Hotel will be part of the Lincoln Square expansion when it opens in 2017. The hotel will occupy 14 stories of the first tower adjacent to Lincoln Square, atop three floors of retail, restaurants and entertainment venues, along with 2,200 parking spaces in an underground garage. Above the hotel will be upscale apartments. Come hear from Kemper and the rest of our all-star speakers at Bisnow's Bellevue on the RiseThursday, April 23, at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
