Software Ace Expands Near Gas Works Park

Software company Tableau signed a lease for 210k SF in NorthEdge, a mixed-use building near Gas Works Park in the Fremont neighborhood. The move represents an expansion for the company, since Tableau already leases around 150k SF in Fremont—where it's headquartered—and nearly 24k SF in Kirkland, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports. Tableau was the second fastest-growing public company in Washington state last year, increasing its revenue by about 223% in the past three years. [PSBJ]
