Seattle's Tops for Trick-or-Treating

Residential valuation data specialist Zillow recently reported the top 20 cities in the nation for trick-or-treating. That is, where best to troll for candy, as determined by four equally weighted data variables: the Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score, and local crime data. Seattle is No. 5. Zillow further posits that the best local neighborhoods are Loyal Heights, Phinney Ridge, Wallingford, Madison Park, and Bryant. Now, who is willing to do a study of best-tasting candy?
