| Every time you turn around, another Holland Partner Group residence pops up. Holland announced this morning it will be breaking ground on two new downtown projects later this month: There's Rivet at 1201 Mercer and True North at 801 Dexter. Rivet, named after Rosie the Riveter, harks back to the Cascade neighborhood's industrial heritage, while outdoors-oriented True North is "If REI were a building, what would it be?" Holland partner Tom Parsons tells us. These two bring Holland's number of buildings under construction in Seattle to five (not including newly opened Coppins Well on First Hill), making it the leading residential builder in the city.
