We won't see Fourth and Pike Building going to auction anytime soon (at least not from foreclosure). Owner Palo Alto-based Mayfield Investment has reached an agreement with lender Wrightwood Capital that will keep the 10-story Gothic Revival structure out of foreclosure. Terms of the deal include Mayfield increasing its capital and Wrightwood bumping the loan due date back to 2015, in addition to adding $2M to the deal, bringing the loan to $30M.
