The NY firm has scooped up City Center at Geary Boulevard, a 200k SF property anchored by City Target and Best Buy. Acadia Realty spokeswoman Meghan Kruger tells Bisnow her firm closed on the property last week, and that it's the company's first entrance into S.F. but likely not its last. She says the firm is always looking for more, but has nothing else under contract for now. The center was sold by Philadelphia-based Lubert-Adler.
