Chicago Development Firm Opens First West Coast Office

Chicago-based The John Buck Co has opened a West Coast regional office in San Francisco.

The office marks the first corporate expansion for the real estate development and investment firm outside of Chicago in several years. Located at Three Embarcadero, the office is headed by senior vice president Ben Kochalski.

We reported in October when The John Buck Co, Golub & Co and MetLife Real Estate Investments broke ground on Park Tower at Transbay (above), a 43-story, pre-certified LEED Gold office tower slated for completion in 2018.
