About 20 CRE players convened recently at a "brown bag lunch" downstairs at Credo (we didn't know bolognese can fit into a brown bag but we're going with it). Among the heavy hitters: Jay Paul's Matt Lituchy, Chicago Title's Bruce Carlson and Rod Pasion; CBRE's Meade Boutwell, Don LeBuhn, David Noravian; SyRes Development's Glen Ceridona, Stockbridge's Brad Cardon, Veritas' Ryan Brewer, Yat Pang, Anne Birdseye, Paul Bosco; Flynn Investments' Chad Arkoff; MBH Architects' Paula Deliso; Wells Fargo's Courney Boscoe and Dan Shapiro; Dunhill Partners' Kirk Usher; New York Life's David Cumming and Ross Barry; Stein Lubin's Alex Pugh and Paul Niewiadomski; Cushman's George Eckard; Kentfield Capital Advisors' Bill Weeks. If this crew got locked downstairs, CRE probably would have stopped in the city.
