Midway Square Sells For $5.25M In Point Loma

Point Loma's Midway Square has sold for $5.25M to Midway Square LLC.

The 15,271 SF property is at 3112 Midway Drive. Tenants are Express Tire, Auto Serve Center, Suspension Plus and Smog Check. Midway Center is near a Target-anchored retail center that includes national retailers, Midway Village Shopping Center and has access to interstates 5 and 8.

CIRE Partners' Andrew Slade represented Midway Square LLC. Reg Kobzi of the CBRE San Diego Retail Investment Properties Group and Sam Alison, Mike Philbin and Amar Goli of the CBRE Glendale office represented the seller, Winston Square LLC.

“San Diego County continues to be a strong retail investment market,” Kobzi said in a statement. “This well-located center, which was 100% leased, generated a lot of interested investors.”
