Meet three executive hires at Terramar Retail Centers: New SVP and CFO Wendy Godoy comes to the Carlsbad firm from Crown Pacific Properties, where she was a partner and CFO. The 30-year veteran also held similar positions with TrizecHahn and The Hahn Co. The new marketing VP is Jennifer Gordon, an expert in tourism: As SVP of special events for LA-based Caruso Affiliated, she launched The Grove at LA's venerable Farmers Market. Meanwhile, acquisition associate Sarah Johnson, formerly with BioMed Realty Trust, is responsible for financial and economic valuation of Terramar?s existing properties and potential acquisitions.
