State of the Market!

San Diego is quite the vibrant town these days, and that's why we're excited to host our first ever San Diego State of the Market event on March 26 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. We've tapped Allen Matkins partner Martin Togni, snapped at a previous Bisnow event, as our moderator, and he tells us he just completed a full-floor deal in the Emerald Plaza downtown for RREEF in "essentially a week." (That makes sense for houses of worship leases, but not all deals.) He's also working with Legacy Partners and Walton Street on a large Torrey Pines biotech redevelopment project. These bigger projects will be more than a box for people to work in, with barbecue areas, volleyball and bocce ball courts, a fitness center, and top-shelf dining. To hear more from this Pink Floyd fan, register for the event here.
