Mystery Partnership Buys East Village Lot

A local partnership is making the moves on East Village's redevelopment. Called 3500 5th LP, the unidentified investors have purchased a two-parcel segment bounded by 10th and 11th avenues, Broadway and C Street from the Rosa Family Trust for $4.4M. Now a parking lot, the buyers intend to hold the property for future development. Colliers International's Bill Shrader, David Maxwell and Joe Brady brokered the sale. [SDBJ]
