Jim has plenty of experience managing large orgs and workforces. In his previous role as executive officer of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command-Southwest, he was responsible for a 3,500-person operation with a $3B annual business volume. In January 2010, Jim was deployed on short notice to Haiti to serve as the joint task force engineer leading US engineering efforts in the initial quake response. He and his wife have two boys in high school and middle school; in the fall, he'll be an assistant football coach at the local high school.
