If you were planning to buy one of the buildings in Otay Mesa?s Britannia Industrial Park: sorry, too late. Baja Exporting grabbed the last one in the five-building spec business park. Cassidy Turley San Diego's Darren Mullins and Erik Parker repped the seller, Kearny Real Estate. ?We're running out of inventory for good quality buildings for sale in Otay Mesa,? Darren tells us. Britannia was part of a 34-acre master-planned development (for which Cassidy Turley also sold Kearny the land and most of the lots), but even that's pretty much built out. Darren notes Otay Mesa has had a surge of owner/user sales within the past six months, driven at least in part by improved access thanks to the opening of SR 905. Aquity Real Estate's Vince Dickow repped Baja Exporting.
