Speaking of Keystone Property, it just made a birdie. The landlord just recently inked a 5,000 SF lease with BlueGolf at Devon Square on Lancaster Avenue. Though we're imagining the Blue Man Group playing golf, BlueGolf actually provides online golf management services. Newbert and SSH Real Estate Partners’ John Susanin, along with VP Patrick Gallagher, repped Keystone, while CBRE's Thomas Bailey repped BlueGolf. The deal puts Devon Square at more than 90% leased.
