New Chicken Salad-Centric Restaurant To Open At Scottsdale Promenade

Appropriately named “The Chicken Scoop,” a new restaurant featuring 14 flavors of chicken salad sold by the scoop is opening at the Scottsdale Promenade in July. The restaurant is owned by 30A Restaurant Concepts, established in September of last year. It is one of a few new restaurants coming to the area at a time when updated retail remains in hot demand.
