ViaWest Bags Raintree Corp Center For $52M

ViaWest (headed by poker expert Steven Schwarz) and CT-based Contrarian Capital acquired the Raintree Corporate Center Phases I and II for $52M. The deal was done through Auction.com, and includes 300k SF. Raintree Corporate Center I, at 15333 N Pima Rd, is a multi-tenant building, while II at 15111 N Pima Rd is leased entirely to The Vanguard Group, AZ Big Media reports. Locally based ViaWest Group has been active lately, increasing its portfolio by nearly 1.5M SF during 2015. [AZBM]
