Plexus Worldwide, a weight-loss and health-supplement seller, will break ground on a 70k SF national HQ office building at Pima Center next week. The company has outgrown its current facilities due to astronomical growth: four years ago, it had $1M in annual revenue, and in 2014, that was up to $300M. (They're gonna need a bigger piggy bank.) Ross Brown Partners' John Lokey repped Plexus Worldwide in the deal, AZBigMedia reports. Pima Center is a 209-acre business park developed by Mainspring Capital Group. [AZBigMedia]
