Volcano Comes to Town

Irvine-based Swinerton Building topped off the 205k SF Gardens Casino in Hawaiian Gardens on Friday, a new structure being built to replace the existing casino, which will operate next to the new site until construction is finished in early 2016. The property’s 155k SF main level includes card tables, while the 50k SF partial second floor is dedicated to poker tournaments. One of the new features will be a large volcano water feature.
