DJM Capital Partners is restoring and re-tenanting Lido Marina Village, an open-air shopping village overlooking harbor in Newport Beach. The center was originally built in 1971.
Faherty and Elyse Walker, both clothing boutiques, recently signed leases, as did Black Optical, an eyewear store opening its first California location here.
C. Clare V of Newport Beach, an accessories shop by designer Clare Vivier (who has stores in LA and NY), will open its first OC store at Lido this spring, as will Bailey44, a high-end clothing line, and Planet Blue, a beach shop that opened its first store in Malibu 20 years ago.
Serena & Lily and designer Jenni Kayne are coming to Lido this summer. [OCR]
