Equity Office is offering a new twist on the workplace at the Von Karman Creative Campus.
Construction for the project broke ground last month. The development will take up an entire city block.
It will feature a promenade with a café, outdoor work areas, recreational zones and social spaces that will run the full length of the 24-acre campus.
Formerly known as the Von Karman Corporate Center, the expansive creative campus will transform almost a full city block at the corner of Von Karman Avenue and Alton Parkway in Irvine into the first large-scale creative office community in Orange County.

The office campus will have a complimentary on-site concierge to help with employees' personal tasks, an indoor/outdoor fitness center, free group fitness classes, a café, dog parks and food trucks.
There will be exterior event spaces, bike lockers, entertainment opportunities and other regularly scheduled community events.
The development is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2018.
