NAIOP on the Beach

NAIOP SoCal’s Summer Bash at the Jonathan Beach Club in Santa Monica on Thursday included a visit from NAIOP national prez Jean Kane, who's also CEO of Colliers | Minneapolis-St. Paul. NAIOP SoCal prez Jim Proehl gave Jean a gift of a print—titled “Memories”—of the historic Huntington Beach Pier.

The bash also included plenty of food and music on the sand. Snapped: Auction.com’s Rigo Medina, CohnReznick’s Jenny Lui, Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Michelle Reagan, and NAI Capital’s Ted Attalla. NAI Capital recently repped the buyer in the purchase of a 150k SF warehouse in Compton.
