Johnson Capital Silver Anniversary

We dropped by Johnson Capital's 25th anniversary party in Irvine and snapped Mesa West principal Steve Fried, Johnson Capital COO Cliff Carnes, and Prudential principal John Jacobs (enjoying the stunning Kings' Stanley Cup victory). Cliff told us that Johnson Capital's been busy financing deals across the country, but was glad to celebrate 25 years in the business. Newest deals include securing equity to fund multifamily in Florida and Texas, and—showing that multifamily isn't the only game in town—a $35M construction loan for Newark, NJ's first new hotel since bell bottoms were in style.
