| The Irvine Co won big at the recent BOMA TOBY Awards, the grand finale of BOMA's Every Building Conference & Expo in Seattle. In addition to taking the award in the 1M SF+ category for Chicago's Hyatt Center, it stayed a little more local: Jamboree Center in Irvine won in the Renovated Building category. The two 12-story buildings, which total 428k SF, were first developed in 1985 as the first phase of the 1.7M SF Jamboree Center office project.
