Thor’s in contract to buy a 3,600 SF development site at 180 Bedford Ave for $36.1M. The price for the site at the corner of Bedford and North 7th works out to $2,500/BSF. Zoning allows for 14,400 SF, according to The Real Deal. The Salvation Army’s the seller of the plot, but no brokers have been released. Redsky Capital paid a record price of $3,200/BSF for a lot at 184-186 Bedford Ave, just up the street from Thor’s newest acquisition.
