In Beverly Hills last week, NGKF broker Jay Luchs paused for lunch (and our camera) on North Canon Drive. The LA-based retail whirlwind just returned home from NYC, where he went to check on his half dozen listings. He not only does landlord listings (for the likes of Angelo Gordon and Dune Capital) and tenant rep (LVMH brands, Lanvin, and Soul Cycle, among many) but also squeezes in office leasing (he recently found Diddy digs in West Hollywood for Bad Boy Films and Revolt TV). He says his clients increasingly want to spread their wings into Manhattan.
