The entrepreneurs recently launched their website as an online information provider with integrated parcel data and property research tools. The site focuses on the five boroughs and the majority of Joizey, and can be used by the broker to lender and development to private equity firm. |
| Monday Properties' Aaron Twersky and Kastle Systems' Robert DiProspero. Aaron reports that Monday's 386 Park Avenue South has seen a lot of activity on the renewal side, and it's about to embark on lobby and common corridor renovations. Kastle just released a new video monitoring service, which Robert says will save money and increase security efficiency. We guess moats and drawbridges are no longer in vogue. |
