Avison Young's Nashville office inked a 16k SF lease in the Terrazzo Building at 700 12th Ave S in the Gulch. Managing principal Warren Smith (snapped for Bisnow a few months ago) and his 54 employees will make the move there in September. Though affiliated with the Canadian real estate giant, Warren's shop remains independently owned and operated.
Avison Young signed a five-year lease at the Gulch property, the Nashville Business Journal reports. Warren and his partners sold their building, at 5106 Maryland Way in Brentwood, for about $5M in January, which was part of the reason for the move. [NBJ]
