The $1B makeover of Westfield Century City mall is almost finished.

Around 90% of the mall's stores are new, the LA Times reports. There is also a new, 1,000-seat outdoor venue called the Atrium, and Chef Mario Batali's Eataly is set to open as part of the remodel.

New VIP lounges and personalized reserved parking stalls are also on tap.

There is also an Equinox gym, a UCLA Health Clinic and next year a flagship location of Dreamscape Immersive, a virtual reality entertainment complex partially financed by Steven Spielberg and AMC Entertainment.

Amazon Books, Bonobos and Warby Parker will have shops there too and Nordstrom is relocating from Westside Pavilion.

The mall's grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday.
