Fred Segal Store Trades Hands For The First Time

CormackHill just bought the legendary Fred Segal property at 8100 Melrose Ave in Hollywood from a private investor under the name 8100 Melrose LLC.

This marks the first time the Fred Segal property has gone on the market. Fred Segal originally developed the property.

The purchase price has not been disclosed, but there were more than a dozen offers for it, according to GlobeSt.

The property has 29k SF of retail space and a 102-car parking lot.

Fred Segal also has a Santa Monica location, but it's currently closed for renovations. [GS]
