Some new eateries have just been added as part of the $500M reno of the Beverly Center.
Alvin Cailan's Eggslut will have a presence on the ground floor of the shopping mall on the same side as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the LA Times reports.
There will also be a 6K SF Yardbird restaurant by restaurateur John Kunkel.
An 8,200 SF restaurant, Cal Mare, is being opened by Michael Mina, a James Beard Award-winning chef, who will helm the mall’s new food hall called The Street, which will feature fare from at least 15 other chefs.

Golden State Warriors player Stephen Curry's wife, Ayesha, is slated to have a barbecue stall.
Chef Gerald Chin will open Kai Poke, and Ken Tominaga will have a ramen bar.
A new Farmhouse restaurant from Fig & Olive owner Laurent Halasz is also on tap.
The mall's reno is expected to be completed next year.
